DIY Bird feeder Made from Popsicle Stick – All you have to know about DIY Bird feeder Made from Popsicle Stick. You can make these pretty easy with your own hands. In this article, I will explain you the way to DIY bird feeder with popsicle sticks. Hope you will like our idea and try to make your own bird feeder!
Materials Required
- Popsicle sticks
- Thread
- Glue
- Scissor
Step 1
Take four popsicle sticks and make a square using this sticks and stick them together, this is for the base.
Step 2
Make three more layers of it on top of the first one, to make the base stronger
Step 3
Now for the base as well as the roof, using two sticks as a border and connect them using more sticks like shown in the picture.
Step 4
Connect till the end of the border sticksm
Step 5
Make three of them one will be used for the base while other two to make the roof/shade.
Step 6
Now stick the first square base (which we prepared in the beginning) to the tiles base.
Step 7
Stick them together like shown in the picture.
Step 8
Take two popsicle sticks and stick them together to make one big stick to make pillar connecting to the roof, of the bird feeder.
Step 9
Make four of such, two on one side and two on the other.
Step 10
Stick those long sticks in a vertical way to the base.
Step 11
Stick a stick in between those long sticks like shown in the image, both sides.
Step 12
Add more popsicle sticks to make the structure stronger like shown in the picture.
Step 13
Now take a piece of thread and tie it to the base on one side, and take another for the other side.
Step 14
For the roof, take those tiles we made before and stick them together making a roof
Step 15
Take thread from both sides and let it pass from the gap between the roof and tie a knot there which will prevent it from sliding up
And The bird feeder is ready, add some grains and Hang it outside your house and soon enough you will have your bird friends visiting you everyday!
