It is Christmas season and WE CANNOT KEEP CALM! Here is the utmost cute Felt tree craft which can just be included in the Fun With Family or a group activity with the Students, or maybe a diy project you wanted to do to connect back with your Artsy side!
Materials
- Felt sheet
- Thread
- Needle
- Cotton
- Pencil and paper
- Scissor
Step 1: Draw the design on paper
Step 2: Cut out the design from paper, and tracing it on to a felt sheet, cut out tree from the felt sheet. It is much easier this way than drawing on the felt sheet since that stains.
Step 3: Cut two of both designs, Tree and trunk.
Step 4: Sew the borders of both keeping a little space unstitched, as it would be used to fill in cotton.
Step 5: Now fill in the cotton, in tree and trunk. use a pencil to even the cotton inside the felt tree.
Step 6: Now from the unstitched side, sew both tree and trunk together.
And DIY Christmas decor is ready!
