Returns Policy
We are proud that all our shipments go through double packaging and 2 Quality Checks before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement:
VibhutiCrafts offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.
If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement.
Before confirming an exchange, we would require proof of defect in product in the form of a photo, while the product is still in its packaging.
In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you with a credit note equal to the value of the product you purchased. The credit note will be sent to you via email and can be used to purchase anything of that value from the online store within three months.
The exchange policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The policy is also not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
